Why is the hotel called Miramalfi?
Mira Amalfi is Spanish for “Look! Amalfi!”. The founder and patriarch of the Mansi family exclaimed this on completion of the hotel and seeing the town of Amalfi from the hotel’s exceptional location on the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast.

What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 1pm onwards, check out before 10:30am.

Is the price per person or per room?
Yes, price is per room, per night, not per person.

Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes it is. A buffet style breakfast is served daily in our restaurant. 

Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, of course.

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
If the booking is cancelled with more than a month’s warning there is no cancellation fee.  Cancellations made between 28-14 day 10% is paid, between 13-8 days 30% is paid, between 7-3 days 50% is paid and within 2 days or less the cancellation fee is 80%.

Which languages are spoken in the hotel?
Hotel staff are multilingual: English, Spanish, French, and of course Italian are spoken.

How many floors are there?
There are 3 floors served by 3 lifts.

Do you accommodate non-smokers?
Yes we do.

Is there a restaurant?
Yes, there is. The impressive Ristorante serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with fantastic views out over Amalfi and the Tyrrhenian sea.

What time are meals served?
Breakfast is served from 7:00-10:00, lunch 12:30-14:00 and dinner 19:30-21:30.

Are there parking facilities?
Yes, there are. It costs €15/day for use of these facilities.

Are the rooms equipped with a TV?
Yes, international satellite TV comes as standard including CNN and the BBC.

Are the rooms equipped with telephone?
Yes, including direct dialling.

Do you operate a Shuttle Service to and from Naples Capodichino airport?
Yes we can organise transport from the airport, please enquire.

Is there a shuttle service to and from the centre of Amalfi?
Yes, please enquire with our porter during your stay.

Otherwise what’s the best way of arriving at the hotel?
The quickest and most scenic way of arriving at Amalfi is via the ferry service from Naples.

Is the hotel close to the train station?
The closest train station is 24km away in Salerno.

Do you have internet facilities?
Yes, internet is available in the lobby. Contact staff regarding availability and cost.

Are the rooms air conditioned?
Yes. All rooms are air conditioned.

Do any rooms have balconies or terraces?
Yes, all rooms have a balcony or terrace with beautiful views of the sea.

Do you have a swimming pool?
Yes we do. There is a swimming pool a few steps away from the Angolino Snack Bar. It is open from 8:00 until 19:00. 

Are pets welcome?
